The issue is that the Palestinian Telecommunications company (PalTel), decided to put limitation (quota) on the amount of data that an ADSL subscriber can consume (download) per month, which is 10GB for a line speed of 512Kbps .. and after those 10GB are consumed the line speed drops to 64Kbps or you call the company and purchase more GBs ..
So what we are trying to do in our campaign is make people aware of this issue and also of wht those 10GB mean (some people don’t realize that when they are browsing the internet or watching Youtube they are consuming bytes from their monthly allowance!). Also, we started collecting signatures on an online petition and also in different Palestinian universities.

أنا لم أطلب هذه الخدمة من مزود الإنترنت عندي! مزود الخدمة وضع شروط جديدة لخدمة كان يقدمها من قبل !! هذا مش قانوني، وأقل ما يقال عنه إنو نصب ! أنا مع رفض دفع الإشتراكات حتى التراجع عن التحديد ، حتى لازم يخفضوا الأسعار الخيالية للنت !!
